We have 15 years business experience, in specialist sportswear manufacturing. 10 years as a partner then 5 years as the sole owner and director. During my time as sole owner turnover grew by 80% and staff numbers grew by 25%. This was achieved by innovative production and ordering processes following a complete modernisation programme, greater diversification in products and markets (without changing the core production methods), introduction of online ordering and  internet based retail shopping coupled with a higher brand profile through improved marketing, greater web presence and professional athlete endorsment of key lines giving a greatly increased global brand profile

In 2007 I was nominated in the Lincolnshire Echo Business Awards for four categories and was a finalist in them all, winning “Innovation In Business” and placing 2nd in “Business Person of The Year”.
